About HiredNearMe

Most hiring tools stop at the same place: a name and a contact info. They'll find you someone who might match, but they won't tell you why, won't help you reach out, and won't track what happens next. Recruiters end up doing that work by hand, across a dozen disconnected tools, for every single role.

On the other side, job seekers apply into a black box. A resume goes in, and — most of the time — nothing comes back. No explanation, often no response at all.

HiredNearMe was built to close both gaps at once. It turns an employer's existing candidate database, incoming applicants, and opt-in talent network into one searchable recruiting system — then explains every match and tracks it through hire. No opaque scores: every recommendation cites the specific experience, skills, or tenure that made it a fit.

For job seekers, that same matching runs in reverse, and it costs nothing. Creating a profile, uploading a resume, and getting matched to open roles is free — it always will be.

We're early. This is a small, actively-developing product, built by people who thought hiring — on both sides of the table — deserved to be less opaque and less manual. If you run into something rough or missing, we want to hear about it.
