This Privacy Policy explains what information HiredNearMe collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account details you provide at signup (name, email, company); candidate information employers add, import, or that job seekers submit through a profile or resume upload; and usage data such as searches run and pages visited.
How we use it
To operate the matching and search features, generate AI match explanations and outreach drafts, process billing, and improve the Service. Resume text may be sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to extract structured profile data.
Who can see your data
Candidate records an employer adds or imports are visible only to that employer's team. Job seeker profiles are visible to employers searching the platform, since that visibility is what makes matching possible — job seekers control what's in their profile and can request deletion at any time.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal data to third parties or use it to serve ads.
Data retention and deletion
We retain account and candidate data for as long as the account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us.
