These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HiredNearMe (the "Service"), operated by HiredNearMe. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including submitting false candidate data, attempting to circumvent usage limits or security controls, or using the Service to harass, discriminate against, or make unlawful employment decisions about any individual.
3. Employer content and candidate data
Employers are responsible for having a lawful basis to store and search the candidate data they upload or import. Job seekers control the information in their own profile and may request its removal at any time.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at signup. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
5. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated match explanations and outreach drafts are assistive tools — you're responsible for reviewing them and for your own hiring decisions and compliance with applicable employment law.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
