This role executes Post-Award Governance, serving as the operational engine that keeps contracts current, compliant, and paid after the signature hits the page. When a public sector deal closes, the contract package lands with you—from that moment forward, you leverage advanced operational workflows and automated data pipelines to ensure we deliver, report, invoice, and support without interruption.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Credential and Portal Stewardship:</strong> Maintain active registrations in sovereign infrastructure systems globally (including SAM.gov, ORBIT, UK G-Cloud, EU TED, and regional procurement portals), utilizing automated data layers to ensure Cloudflare retains continuous bidding and payment eligibility across all public sector jurisdictions.</li> <li><strong>Data Parity Auditing:</strong> Direct automated audit workflows over foundational data layers to reconcile internal invoicing, tax records (EIN, legal business name), and active federal portal profiles—preventing payment freezes or rejections by oversight programs such as the U.S. Treasury "Do Not Pay" Working System.</li> <li><strong>Contract Deliverable Management (CDRLs):</strong> Extract requirements from executed contracts, build automated reporting schedules, and oversee the submission of mandatory recurring deliverables (including Contract Activity Reports and Contractor Profile Reports) to client agencies on time.</li> <li><strong>Customer Performance Awareness:</strong> Partner with Customer Support and leverage the Customer Escalation AI Reviewer to monitor contract obligations, proactively triaging technical issues that could affect past-performance ratings or future business.</li> <li><strong>Contract Performance Reporting:</strong> Oversee customer contract performance evaluation cycles (such as CPARS), ensuring accurate, timely submissions that protect Cloudflare's past-performance record.</li> <li><strong>Compliance Certification Coordination:</strong> Coordinate ongoing certifications for government contract compliance with Supply Chain, HR, and internal teams to meet employment regulations, responsibility determinations, and global eligibility criteria.</li> <li><strong>RFx and Vendor Knowledge Systems:</strong> Maintain and optimize the central repository for RFx responses by using automated knowledge management workflows, updating content in real time, and coordinating with cross-functional subject matter experts.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Examples of Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Direct experience mana
