The ideal candidate brings experience in analytics platforms, experimentation systems, or large-scale data products, and is comfortable leading high-performing engineering teams.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This role will be based in our San Mateo, CA headquarters (hybrid with Tues–Thurs onsite days).</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You Will:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Own the technical direction and delivery of major investments across Creator Analytics systems.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Set and uphold a high engineering quality bar.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead a team of senior engineers across frontend, backend, and fullstack development.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Drive alignment and execution across related partner teams including Product and Data Platform.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner with senior engineering leadership to translate long-term technical strategy into durable roadmaps and execution plans.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Help shape Creator Analytics into a best-in-class analytics platform for both emerging creators and professional developers.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You Have:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">8+ years of engineering experience, including work on large-scale and long-lived technical systems.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven team leadership experience, including managing and developing engineers.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience building or scaling analytics platforms, experimentation systems, or large-scale data products.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Track record of delivering successful technical solutions with measurable impact.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong technical judgment and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and cross-functional teams.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bonus: experience in gaming, ad-tech, experimentation platforms, or consumer analytics at scale.</span></li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below.
